2. Scope of application

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries made via our webshop.

2. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they have been agreed in writing between you and Feminique .

3. Offers and Prices

1. All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT , unless otherwise stated.

2. Feminique reserves the right to change prices at any time.

3. In the event of obvious pricing errors or incorrect product information, Feminique is not bound by these. If an error occurs, you will be informed in a timely manner and given the opportunity to cancel the order.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

1. An agreement is concluded when you have placed an order and Feminique has accepted it via a confirmation email.

2. If an order is rejected, you will be informed in a timely manner and any payment will be refunded.

3. Feminique reserves the right to reject an order in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Suspicion of fraud
  • Products that are no longer in stock

5. Payment

1. Full payment must be made in advance via the payment methods available on our webshop.

2. You are required to provide correct payment information.

3. If payment has not been received, the order will not be processed.

6. Force Majeure

1. Feminique is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure.

2. Force majeure includes, among others: strikes, fire, technical problems, natural disasters, transport problems or public restrictions.

3. In the event of force majeure, Feminique will inform you as soon as possible and together we will seek a suitable solution.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All texts, images, logos, designs and other content on the webshop belong to Feminique .

2. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise use material from the webshop without written permission from Feminique .

8. Responsibility

1. Feminique is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the products.

2. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profits, loss of data or consequential damages.

3. Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Complaints procedure

1. Do you have a complaint? Please contact us via support@feminique.shop with a clear description of the problem.

2. We strive to process your complaint within 3 working days and find an appropriate solution.

3. If we cannot find a solution together, you can bring the complaint before a complaints board or a competent court.

10. Applicable Law

1. These general terms and conditions and all agreements are subject to Belgian law .

2. Any disputes will be brought before the competent court in the jurisdiction where Feminique is domiciled.
