At Feminique we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy . If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return the item.
1. Return period
Right of withdrawal (0–14 days)
At Feminique you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the costs of standard delivery. If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method (e.g. express delivery), we will only refund the costs of standard delivery.
The costs of returning the product are always at your own expense, unless we have expressly stated otherwise.
Extended return policy (15–30 days)
We understand that sometimes you need more time to think about your purchase. That's why we offer you the option to return your product up to 30 days after receipt in exchange for another item. In this case, you will not receive a refund.
The shipping costs for both the return and the shipment of the new item are at the customer's own expense.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused , undamaged and unwashed .
- The product must be in original packaging , including all stickers and labels.
3. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted if:
- The item is used, washed or damaged.
- The original packaging or labels are missing.
4. Costs of return
- The costs of returning the item are borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method .
- Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. How to request a return
Follow these steps to return your order:
1. Send an email to support@feminique.com with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Reason for return
2. You will receive the return address and further instructions.
3. Send the product to the address provided.
4. Always keep the shipping receipt until we have processed your return.
Feminique does not accept partial returns.
6. Damaged or incorrect goods
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via support@feminique.shop .
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
