At Feminique we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy . If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return the item.
1. Return period
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Within this period, you can register your return without any problems.
- Under EU law, you always have a minimum 14-day statutory right of withdrawal . We voluntarily extend this period to 30 days for your convenience.
2. Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused , undamaged and unwashed .
- The product must be in original packaging , including all stickers and labels.
3. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted if:
- The item is used, washed or damaged.
- The original packaging or labels are missing.
- These are personal or hygiene products.
4. Costs of return
- The costs of returning the item are borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method .
- Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. How to request a return
Follow these steps to return your order:
1. Send an email to support@feminique.com with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Reason for return
2. You will receive the return address and further instructions.
3. Send the product to the address provided.
4. Always keep the shipping receipt until we have processed your return.
6. Refunds
- Returns that we receive within 14 days of receiving your order will be fully refunded via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
- Returns received between day 15 and day 30 will not be refunded . Instead, you will receive a gift card equal to the purchase amount, which can be used towards future purchases at Feminique.
7. Damaged or incorrect goods
- If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via support@feminique.shop .
- We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
